Corriendo con el Clima de Maturín

Muy buenas noches a todos, espero hayan tenido una buena semana, hoy les voy a comentar como me fue corriendo 5km el día de hoy con mi hermano y el loco clima de Maturín

Desde hace un par de semanas para acá, el clima ha estado super lluvioso, hablando específicamente hoy, pues, pasó todo el día lloviendo, literalmente una lluvia super fuerte, por lo que creí que no iba a tener chance de correr hoy.

Pero en lo que escampó salimos, corrimos una ruta a la que ya estamos super acostumbrados, pues siempre que salimos a correr por aquí, hacemos esa ruta, o semejantes. En este caso salimos hasta la entrada de las cayenas y agarramos por la autopista hasta llegar a farmatodo, y luego nos devolvimos por la misma ruta.

Les cuento que tenía la esperanza de que corrieramos con un clima frío debido a todo lo que llovió en el día, sin embargo, el clima de Maturín es impredecible y super loco, y aunque el suelo seguía mojado por la lluvia, el sol estaba súper encendido y el calor que hacía no era normal.

Terminé sudando muchísimo, y por el calor me agoté bastante, muchas veces trataba de alcanzar a mi hermano, sin embargo el iba más rápido y por las que yo quería terminaba retrasandome un poco, al final terminé caminando, porque ya estaba bien cansado, y aunque disfrute mi entrenamiento de hoy, sinceramente esperaba correr con un clima un poco mas frío jajaja, pero estamos en Maturín, nunca se sabe que esperar. Running in Maturín's Weather

Good evening, everyone. I hope you had a good week. Today I'm going to tell you about how it went running 5 km today with my brother and the crazy weather in Maturín.

For the past couple of weeks, the weather has been very rainy. Specifically today, it rained all day, literally a very heavy rain, so I thought I wouldn't have a chance to run today.

But when it cleared up, we went out and ran a route that we're very used to, because whenever we go running around here, we do that route or something similar. In this case, we went to the entrance of Las Cayenas and took the highway until we reached Farmatodo, and then we returned by the same route.

I was hoping we would run in cool weather because of all the rain that day, but the weather in Maturín is unpredictable and crazy, and although the ground was still wet from the rain, the sun was blazing and it was unusually hot.

I ended up sweating a lot, and the heat exhausted me. I tried many times to catch up with my brother, but he was faster than me, and because I wanted to keep up with him, I ended up falling behind a little. In the end, I ended up walking because I was so tired. Although I enjoyed my workout today, I honestly hoped to run in slightly cooler weather, haha, but we're in Maturín, so you never know what to expect.
