My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2023

After my morning job today and before leaving for the afternoon one I managed to get myself to a brisk walk and walk randomly on the treadmill. It was great as I did not take a nap which I normally do on Fridays. Well, I have slept sufficiently for the past five days while I was ill and now that I feel way much better it is time to get those buckets of sweats on. It was also tempting to run and speed up past 7 but I get ahold of myself as I might overexert. Tomorrow perhaps.

Three days off from here and it feels so good to be back!

You are on point. I remember you said by Friday you'll be ok, and here you are 18k steps. Feels like I need a set of treadmill at home so I can consistently make up some steps 😁
