A steady bike ride in the gym after a chest and triceps session

chris-uk just finished a 6.63km virtualride, that lasted for 18 minutes.
This virtualride helped chris-uk burn 141.8 calories.


Description from Strava: Good evening community.

It has been another busy day for me waking up at 7:30am and heading into work at 9 before finishing at 3 after work I did my normal go home get food but didn't think of going to the gym as I felt low on energy but after watching Netflix for an hour and reading some strava2hive posts I decided that I will go to the gym!

I made myself a black coffee and drank it on the way to the gym for an energy boost and I had a great chest and triceps workout.

After my workout I decided to go on the bike machine but this time not push for speed and instead have a casual but still a little competitive ride in which I achieved 4 miles in 18 minutes not the best from me but I was having a more relaxed ride compared to my last post where I ach 1 mile under 4 minutes each time.
