Consistency at that level improves cardiovascular health, supports weight management, and keeps energy levels steady. The goal is not random intensity. The goal is repeatable effort.
The bigger takeaway from yesterday is simple: stack small wins. Steps. Smart positioning. Observing patterns. Staying in motion. No dramatic breakthrough needed. Just controlled progress.
