My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2023

My first and last meal of the day, and of course, a lot of snacks in between. I'm doing 18/6, so I only have a 6-hour window to eat. I'm trying to eat a portion of everything. not following any meal plan either. Just eat whatever is available in the fridge, and that includes leftovers.

My breakfast was coffee, sliced cucumber, and leftover fish, vegetables, and chicken liver.
