I will be more sportive from now !

I'm 34 years old and I'm not that sportive anymore.

But, it's never too late to start practicing.

I was very sportive about 8 years ago, I was working out a lot and I was thinking that I will do that all the time.

But, in that year I had a fight and I fell down and broke my hand. The hit was that strong and the both bones were broken. The issue was so big and I had to have a long operation under anesthesia. So, the thing they did in that time is that they put inside my hand two pieces of metal that were holding the broken bones together. After one year, I had to make the second operation to remove those pieces of metal. But, my hand still weak and since then I couldn't work out or even push up.

Here is a picture of my hand now :

As you see I still have a very clear scar and I even feel my bones moving there when I move my hand. I also always did my best to not hold anything heavy with that hand. The crazy thing is that's the hand I use when I write and eat and that's the left one. I still remember that after the operation in the hospital I felt so bad because it was hard for me to even eat with the right hand. I have to live with that and to take care of my left hand.

So, that's why I'm not that sportive now because the both hands in work out are really important.

My wife always tell me, why I'm not that active and sitting in front the pc so long. Even me, I worry about that and I think that I have to be more active to have better health. I became very lazy in this term.

That's why from now, I will use #sportstalk as a motivation to be more sportive. Even if my hand is broken, I still can run. I still can do something with the other hand. I still can move somehow. Sport may be related not only to our body, but also to our head and how we think. If I will think that's ok to keep leaving this way, I will never change, but if I will set my mind in the right direction, I will be sportive no matter what.

I think reading more and watching about sport will help me as well. As a steemian I prefer to see the experience of other steemians and to know how they motivate themselves to be more sportive.

I will try everyday to do something special, to train or to share with you what I'm willing to do and show how i will improve more and more in my body.

Here is my biceps of my right hand, I will try to make that look much better by using dumbbells.

So, I will invest and buy some sportive equipment.

I will also invest a good amount of steem in #sportstalk coin. What will make me read and curate more in this field.

I'm also investing in #steemleo by staking everything I earn.

This post will be also shared to #creativecoin because I tried to make my writing creative.

I'm also not a native speaker and I will improve my English by writing such posts everyday. So, in case you will find a mistake, please let me know about it. That will help me improve my writing skills.

i started one month ago to do excercises and know that i know that exist this #sportstalks tag maybe i will dedicate a post every twodays to motivate my workout, now i can stand my weight i never can do that before and i feel plenny healthy.
