Diving for Relaxation

As it might seem a exhausting sport for some of the readers, I want to inform and make you discover about this passion of mine that is Diving and why it’s a relaxing sport.

I been diving for the last 15 years, I love diving it’s a great opportunity to be focused on 1 thing only, when you are 15 meter underwater you are not thinking about your work or what you gonna eat for dinner.

For the time of your dive, the world around you stop, and you are discovering a brand new one. A world of silence, a world of new communities.Witnessing this ecosystem gets you to be humble and remember how small and fragile you are.

Confort is very important to enjoy your dive, a meticulous preparation is always good
practice. From the harness of your diving equipment to the location of your accessories. You don’t want to struggle with your mask when you are at the bottom of the ocean, you don’t want to feel the beginning of a blister on your ankle because your fins are uncomfortable. Choose the appropriate thickness of your wetsuit, you don’t want to be cold.

Now let’s relax, let yourself immerse back to water, you want to keep a slow breathing, and that’s where the relaxation come in to place. Be a fish, make diving your second nature, master your mind and thoughts, on your movements, enjoy this descent where every minutes count, observe this unreal world that goes on for the pass and next thousands years. For the time of your dive you’ll feel free, free of your weight, free of your motions and spaces.

It is relaxing, I do snorkeling as well, it’s also my favorite method to spearfish. I will talk about it in a further time. Are you in sport a little or outside activities?
