Standard vs Stvv

Standard lost last week 3-0 to Mechelen which one their end wasn't a major surprise as they were without their best player Alzate who brings a lot of stability in the team. He's still out today and it is said that their coach needs a win in order to keep his position. Stvv on the other hand managed to take a win at home against Charleroi deserved with a close 1-0. They continue to be a good team with many players who are a revelation this season but they pretty much play with 10 as their centrum strikers have been totally useless with all danger coming from Koita and Steuckers. The line pretty much has been adjusted to the point where it starts to get tempting to go with Standard +0 and the Over 2.25 even though everything shouts under and Standard to have a hard time. I'm just going to wait and see what happens before potentially getting something in. No Pre-Game Bets

Anderlecht vs Cercle Brugge

Anderlecht some wat last week managed to still win against Genk and continue to be in a very good run despite missing Debast and Vertonghen last week. Debast will be back today though. They are also a team that tend to do well from the start coming in 2nd in that table. Cercle Brugge has their style of playing high press and kicking the ball forward and teams (especially the better teams) have by now found better ways to handle that and the really impressive performances of Cercle I haven't really seen in a while. They are also having some key injuries and missings with Denkey (15 of their 25 goals) While Siquet, Ravych, & Frances are also 3 players who are out. It was shown in previous matches that too many missings do weigh on them. I did take 0.3 units on Anderlecht 1st Half -0.25 @ 2.010 but with the news that Vertonghen will be out the odds increased a bit. I still think it's good though. Anderlecht also played a good match in Cercle being in a 0-2 lead at half time. Taking some Anderlecht Team Total over is also an option.

Charleroi vs Mechelen

Charleroi has gotten themselves in real trouble mostly because of their defensive approach scoring only 18 goals in 19 matches and one must think that Mazzu might be getting at a point to be replaced. Mechelen under new coach Hasi also is very defensive but they are pulling it off so far and also only managed to score 19 goals in 19 matches. Everything about this match shouts under especially in the first half as the fear to lose in both teams might be bigger than the will to win. I took 0.2 units on 1st Half Under 1 @ 1.828
