Not much action so far this week and I only took a tiny bet in the match yesterday as a hunch on Standard which turned out to be both wrong while also having everything go against it with an exagerrated score. So far no harm done and 3 matches today where I'm not really having any confidence in. So likely also limited betting action.
La Louviere vs Sint-Truiden
La Louviere this season started out as an extremely defensive team especially at home against good opponents which got them some success mainly with a lot of 0-0 draws. They took the 2-3 upset win last week against Club Brugge and no longer seem to be a lock for super defensive matches. They still are in a playdown spot and I just can't see them playing wide open since they had some success with the defensive approach. Aside from the previous match, they had also an issue to score goals at just 0.98xg on the season which ranks them 2nd lowest while they give limited chances away mainly at hime where they are 8W-2L on the under handicap. Stvv has been the surprise of the season and they continue to do well with a 1-0 win at home over OHL last week. Thei main weakness is that they seem to have difficulties to widen the gap when being the better team and near the end of the match there will be times when that cost them. Last week a draw would not fully have been stolen for OHL. They say Van Helden making a transfer to Antwerp and it remains to be seen how much this will affect them. Usually La Louvere has the home advantage because of the artificial pitch but this time this isn't the case against Stvv. There was an odds move from 1.68 to 1.86 and I'm not exactly sure why which makes it scary. La louviere onlt lost 1 1st half at home this season and I don't see a match where things are wode open from the start. Both teams should also be capable of keeping things closed in case they take the lead. So I took a cautious 0.3 units on
1st Half Under 1 @ 2.050 which feels a bit too much and which might offer some room to reduced the exposure along the way. I also took 0.16 units on

Club Brugge vs Zulte-Waregem
Club Brugge was in somewhat of a crisis as the level of play even after the coach change has not been there getting eliminated in the cup and losing with a 2-3 score against bottom team La louviere. They did manage to win against a weak Almaty in the Champions League but have quite some issues getting back with delayed flights. So their condition should not be optimal. They do top the ranking of created xg over the last 4 weeks at 2.08 but also on average gave 1.36 away while it has been 12 matches since they kept a clean sheet. I kind of expect a similar pattern to continue in that they aren't as good as their potential. Zulte-Waregem is in 10th place and are coming off a deserved 2-1 home win against Genk. I don't see them without chance but at the same time it's not the higheste handicap for a Brugge Home match. I kept it at a small 0.042 unit gamble on
Club Brugge Win & Both To Score @ 3.05. Zulte in away matches only got crushed once on the corners and I'm looking to potentially back them on the handicap or corners team total over in-game waiting out the first 15 minutes as it should be Brugge taking charge potentially creating a couple corners early.
OH Leuven vs Union SG
Union has been in a pattern where they don't really play that impressively but still manage to win especially at home covering big handicaps. In the recent matches their handicap was set too high though and they failed to cover while away from home they are 3.5W-6.5L-1P on their handicaps not covering them. They had a Champions League match against Bayern in the mid-week which they ended up losing 2-0 after playing a great 1st half while falling short even against 10 Bayern players in the 2nd half. In the past, Union always handled mid-week matches without much problems and performed good. They have some suspended players with Mac Allister (who is important), Leysen, Khalaili while Rodriguesz is injured so their options off the bench are limited. OHL has been the serial underperformer and this didn't change with their new coach. He started out playing purely defensively from the reaction, but this has been shifted a bit more to taking action. Their defensive midfielder Verstraete is suspended while Schrijvers is back. I do feel that the line have shifted a bit too much toward the under especially as OHL became a bit more adventurous while both teams have some missings in defense. So if it get's to 2 rather early in the match, I might take a small stab at it. I don't trust OHL to back them and need some confirmation on Union before being willing to take the risk.
