Saturday was an ok day with the bigger bigger positions winning and the others being less successful which still provided some overall profit. On to the matches on Sunday...
Westerlo vs Anderlecht
Westerlo so far has not played bad but failed to take the points in many of their matches as they have a hard time to keep a clean sheet. On the betting market so far though they have been overrated as their odds are/were too much based on what Union Pulled off last season. This now seems to have been corrected as the 1.54 opening odds on the +0.5 line went to 1.88. Anderlecht played in the conference league a match where they were not convincing especially in the first half against a smaller team but in the end took a deserved 1-0 win. The fact remains that Anderlecht is only 9th in the league coming off 2 losses and a draw against ok opponents. Overall they have not been good enough in most of their matches to really be considered a top team or contender. In this match, I believe Westerlo has gotten to a point where they are underrated based on the results and not so much the performances while Anderlecht continues to be rated too much on their name. The main thing against Westerlo is that they haven't exactly have the momentum with them. The odds for me are high enough to split bets between. 0.25 units

Westerlo Team Total Over 1.5 @ 2.878. I also took 0.25 units on
Over 9.5 corners @ 1.940. Anderlecht has shown that they are able to create corners when they need to push while Westerlo on average this season has 12 corners. I might add on that position in-game if there are no early corners.
Cercle Brugge vs Antwerp
Antwerp so far in the league is at a flawless 7W-0L and they are also 6W-0.5L-0.5P against the Asian Handicaps. All of this without really having the in-game stats to back this up. They just have been mature being able to make matches dead while in the league wile having a very high finishing percentage. They for sure are in a flow putting up good performances and there is no direct reason for this to turn around. Cercle Brugge is having a difficult year so far being in last place despite not having a bad team. They have simply gotten themselves in a bad streak and are still looking for the scoring power that they lost compared to last season. Their best performance came against Anderlecht at home which is the match that closest resembles the game today. So if anything I don't expect a match today where the 1st in the league is that much better than the last. It however aslo is a match where one of the most overrated teams on the betting market plays one of the most underrated. The odds already have come down some and I'm only comfortable with a 0.1 unit bet on
Antwerp +0 @ 1.693 as a pre-game position leaving a lot open for potential live bets. I would not be surprised if Cercle turned out to be the better team in the match, especially at the start with Antwerp, in the end, going home with the points. Antwerp so far this season also only won 1 corners matchup and none of them on the road which were all lost by 3+ corners. I need the scoreline to be in favor first though to get in on it.
Union vs Genk
Union continues the perform well with a victory in the Europa League during the midweek away against Union Berlin. The last time they were in between European Matches they really suffered from some rotation losing big against Kv Mechelen. Union is one of those teams that really need their A-Squad on the pitch in good condition and that is the big question today ad I see a rather high chance of the Mid-week match having a negative impact on them. Racing Genk started the season as by far the best playing team with an excellent performance away against Club Brugge in a match they should have always won. They continued this form afterward but last week they were stopped at home by a very strong defending Stvv. Genk so far has been profitable against the asian handicap whil Union has been losing against it and I agree in that part when it comes down to the teams being underrated & overrated on the market. Over the course of the season I see Genk as the slight better team and they should have the fitness advantage along with having their mind more on this match. I took early bets of 0.324 units on
Genk +0.5 @1.887 / 0.4 units on
Genk +0.25 @ 2.069 and 0.276 units on
Genk Team Total Over 1 @ 1.780 which combined adds up to a full 1 unit risk and I will keep it at that for now. I'll probably have more room to get in once Genk manages to score a goal. I also took a 0.002 BTC Crypto bet on Genk +0.5 @ 1.750 over at

AA Gent vs Zulte-Waregem
I consider AA Gent as a top team that hasn't fully gotten in gear yet while at the same time they haven't fully missed their start. They did play a mid-week Conference League match having to travel and not really convincing against Molde taking a 0-0 draw. If anything, their defense has been showing some good things. Zulte-Waregem similar to last season is pretty weak and I do consider them as one of the relegation candidates. last week against Union they held up pretty well but still ended losing 0-3 giving it away while not really being able to be dangerous themselves. If for sure was an exaggerated score and in away matches so far they are 2.5W-0L-0.5P. So similar to last year they are a bad team that still manages to hold up against their handicaps. This with the fact that AA Gent has not convinced yet makes me keep away from the home win by 2 goals or more even though this match very much looks like a potential easy walkover win. So my most likely scenario is Zulte holding up quite well for a while to in the end still lose possibly by a couple of goals. I will cautiously wait for some potential confirmation or a better line before being willing to bet AA Gent.
