Hoje ainda estive em recuperação, então modifiquei os planos de almoço para ir em um restaurante e assim poder comer apenas arroz, frango e salada.

Aproveitei o tempo ao ar livre para fazer uma leve caminhada.

Antes disso comprei um tônico para me hidratar, e com a garrafinha fiz um pequeno trajeto em marcha lenta.

Hoje já me sinto melhor e suponho que amanhã estarei recuperado.
