My Actifit report card: February 28

Fourth day

I successfully completed the fourth day of hiking in the park.

The weather wasn't favorable but as it wasn't raining I was able to follow my exercise routine.

I am returning to this old practice with great caution. I already realized that I need new shoes, suitable for walking. I'm actually not wearing appropriate clothes.

The most important thing is to have stopped inertia and now maintain consistent participation to create a habit.

I tried to capture again the house of the bird that makes its nest with wet earth. This time I changed the camera filters but it didn't look very good.

I also tried to identify another white bird that I had never seen before, without success!

Quarto dia

Completei o quarto dia de caminhadas no parque com sucesso.

O clima nao estava favorável porém como não estava chovendo conaegui cumprir minha rotina de exercicios.

Estou retomando esta velha prática com bastante cautela. Ja percebi que preciso de calçados novos, adequados para caminhada. Na verdade nao estou usando uma roupa apropriada.

O mais importante é ter saido da inércia e agora manter a participação consistente para criar o hábito.

Tentei capturar novamente a casa do pássaro que faz seu ninho com terra molhada. dessa vez alterei os filtros da camera mas nao ficou muito bom.

Tambem tentei identificar outro pássaro branco que nunca havia visto, sem sucesso!
