I reached the sixth day of my light training calendar and I am very satisfied. I still need to purchase suitable footwear as I already feel some of the effort and impact on my joints from wearing random sneakers.

The day was very satisfactory for walking as the sky was clear and a wonderful blue color!

Cheguei no sexto dia do meu calendário de treino leve e estou muito satisfeito. Ainda preciso adquirir um calçado adequado pois já sinto um pouco do esforço e do impacto nas articulações por usar um tênis aleatório.

O dia estava muito satisfatório para caminhada pois o céu estava limpo e com uma cor azul maravilhosa!
