My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2023

Cada mañana con una suave brisa, y un poco de frío inicio mis actividades físicas, la caminata para mi marca es el inicio del ejercicio cada día, pues poco a poco agarro el tono.

En la medida que calienta el sol, mi cuerpo va tomando más energía, ya es cada más fácil hacer mi recorrido, sin sufrir tanto, es que no era muy llamada al deporte, pero fíjate, está nueva dinámica que he incorporado a mi vida, me hace sentir llena de una gran satisfacción, a pesar que en mis inicios me rehusaba hacerlo, pero fíjate ya más de un mes y siento que lo estoy haciendo cada vez mejor.

No hay edad ni un tiempo determinado para iniciar, luego de un par de meses iré cambiando a otro tipo de ejercicios mas exigentes, solo que quiero ir cuidando mi cuerpo, y los músculos.
