RE: Does La Liga President Have An Agenda Against FC Barcelona

I don't think this is straight cut and an easy win for Barcelona. I know they cut the salaries etc but according to La Liga they are nowhere near the wage cup that was given to them. They are pushing their limits with La Liga as La Liga control all the players contracts in Spain and not the clubs like elsewhere.

I think Barcelona's case in specific is fascinating because it shows that top clubs and their fans are used to preferential treatment so much that it actually becomes odd and unfair that they have to follow the rules.

I agree they get away with murder as these are not being run as a business should. Look at Real Madrid proposing a $1 billion bid for Mbappe. They simply cannot afford him as yes they made profit last year, but it wasn't huge money. I hope La Liga steps in and blocks the stupid price tag.

Yeah, I agree with you on that, Laporta said in a press conference that Barca will still be cutting down wages to balance the books, and I think La Liga might stop Barca from making a signings in the coming transfer window, but still I thinks Tebas is more focus on what is going on in Barca.
