My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2025
Oh what a day! Today I experienced my first #cleanplanet walk! We visited the area around the Belgian-German border where the KuKuK is located and started a nice walk accompanied by @kreklow. Since he has written a book about the history of the „Aachen experiement“ including tons of research about what happened here during WW2, he is a pro in history and entertained and educated us with great stories. So wie not only collected trash - wich we still found although there is such a beautiful nature around - but also learned a lot and pushed our step count for the day. So from the almost 4km I gained my first 5k steps for the day to finish then with lazy 1.8 just by tramping around from fridge to patio to bathroom, couch, fridge again and bed. Just another lazy Sunday ;-)

It was such an amazing experience, I learned so much and as you said @kreklow is a source of knowledge, and he brings it with so much passion that it is an experience by itself. It was great cleaning up while we got a full history view during the walk. But girl, you made a run for that garbage 😂 I couldn’t keep it up.
