Body ache
Sometimes it just sucks. After some days of sickness and most of the time resting today I started to come back into my normal exercise routine. But. That didn’t feel good at all! The first kilometer felt like „don’t do it“, the second felt like „I told you not to do it!“ and the third like „Come on, I told you!“. The fourth was filled with feet-ache, knee-ache, back-ache, everything-ache. Fifth kilometer no fun at all, finish line hoping for the best. But expecting the worst.
Guys - this made me understand how fragile my hard worked condition actually is. Lots of weeks and months of discipline, exercises, weight loss felt like pulverized by a week of sickness.
My had says, stay calm, ‚strength is coming back‘ but for today my body says ‚are you kidding me‘.
So for now I just take care of my whatever-aches and appreciate you promising me everything will be fine again (best supported by evidence and virtual hugs.)
