My Actifit Report Card: March 31 2024
I skipped my normal morning walk again since I’m trying to take it easy to let my sore foot recover. Later in the morning I walked to the grocery store and back. A bit later I took a walk on the section of riverbank path near my apartment. My foot is a little better than it was, but I need to be careful not to tense up too much since that stresses it again.
(This didn’t post properly last night, hopefully it works now.)
