About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

Well done! A PB is always great. It's pretty windy here today, but I'm resting my back for now. One of my kids was out doing a team race today. They each ran a quarter marathon, so they totalled a full one.
!BEER is much deserved.
Certainly is, especially when the PB was unexpected!
Oh thats cool, I didn't know your kids ran, do they join you at parkrun sometimes?
My daughter does and we've done parkrun together a few times, but she's living elsewhere now.
Keep going, you're smashing your training at the moment and getting stronger every day.

Great running Dan, well done. I see your last couple of kms were you quickest too which shows great pacing. Looking forward to your race report.
Thanks Alan :-)
Yep, I do try to start steady and finish strong. Amazing how many people I can pick off in the final stages of the race!
