@dannewton just finished a 6.62km run, that lasted for 40 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 552.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Don't panic, I'm not injured (touch wood)!

Since my injury first appeared, and subsequently fixed, I now have monthly massage sessions... and what with my race booked for the 5th of October, we decided to book a session for a couple of dates later, so I could have a post-race massage, and check I'm recovering ok.

To be honest I do feel fine after that effort, maybe a little stiff in my right calf again and some soreness in my hip adductor... but I trust my physio to sort that.

I have run home 2 days in a row, following my race on Sunday, so that'll account for some of that stiffness too. I'm off for a very quick shower now, and then I'll head over to have the massage.

For anyone who is getting concerned, I WILL be having a rest day tomorrow!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
