@dannewton just finished a 6.68km run, that lasted for 41 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 569.0 calories.

Description from Strava: First day of the week back at work, and looks likely to be another busy week. There are 3 of us in our little office, and with one person on holiday, it quickly increases the workload for the other 2 people. But hey, at least its better than being bored!

It also looks to be a interesting week in terms of weather, the mild settled weather from last week has become more unsettled this week. There's gonna be wind, rain and fog, along with the odd thunderstorm

The weather forecast appears to be all over the place!

As a case in point, this morning I walked to work in cool dry conditions, and ran home in heavy rain

But hey, I guess mild settled weather is boring too!

For the rest of this evening I'll be focusing on doing more of my course:

I've been neglecting it all of last week and making excuses, and with the exam already booked for 3 weeks time, I can't afford to waste anymore time... by posting it it here, in public, I now have to be accountable to you all

So enough waffling, I'd best get back to work!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

I got wet in Liverpool last night. Back home now, but it's been wet here too and looks like more to come. I'd better take a brolly to work.

Liverpool was good even if I was mostly indoors. I have been before to see the sights. See my post for details.

Thank you!

I've been trying different 'auto posting' apps to see which works best, and so far I've discovered that however the process works, not all of them can post at the same time (almost as if one app posting, prevents another app adding to the post)... it means I end up with a different app providing stats each time !LOL

The 'activity fix' app seems to be the most stable/consistent/useful, and it has the option to auto add specific text, so I decided to use it to advertise hive to the 12 people who follow me on strava, not quite sure what they make of it yet!
