@dannewton just finished a 11.76km run, that lasted for 74 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 963.0 calories.
Description from Strava: It was forecast to be wet and windy this evening as Storm Bram works its way across the country. There has been flooding all over the country, and worse the further North you go, but it looks like here in Lincoln at least that we missed the worst of the rain.
We didn't avoid the strong, gusty winds though, and so for the vast majority of my run home down the bypass, I was running into a strong headwind.
That was hard work!
It does mean my average pace per km was lower than I would expect, but nevermind. Besides, you can't chose the weather on Race Day, so why should training days be any different. Might as well embrace whatever the weather throws at me.

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
