@dannewton just finished a 17.75km run, that lasted for 109 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 1370.0 calories.

Description from Strava: It's been another busy week, and it was with relief that I was finally able to 'down tools' and log out. Compared to the previous evening's washout, tonight I was lucky enough to have dry conditions to run home in.

And good thing too, as after a busy few days at work, I needed a decent run out to get some space and clear my head etc.

My route was to leave the office, and head out long Wragby road up to the bypass. The route down the bypass is a little boring, and would have only given me a distance of 11-12km. I fancied a bit more than that, so halfway down the bypass I took a detour into the smaller villages nearby: into Washingborough, up past Heighington, and then cutting through Branston before rejoining the bypass to head home.

There were no new paths of course, as I've run round here plenty of times, but it was a new 'route' in the sense I've not don it in this order

I did slightly misjudge the distance for tonight though. I was after 14-15km, and ended up almost at 18km in total, possibly a little too much on an evening after work, esp. as I'm still building up the mileage.

I'm also feeling pretty tired now, so will be heading of to bed for a early (ish) night. Tomorrow will be the usual chores, along with getting ready for xmas. My Dad, my Brother and I are all meeting up tomorrow evening for a quick catchup before xmas starts properly, and of course I'll be sneaking another long-ish run in there too!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!
