@dannewton just finished a 8.22km run, that lasted for 48 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 675.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Welp, all the snow ice appears to have gone (for now at least!) and we are left with a cold, damp and gloomy day. Its been a day spent catching up on chores, and getting some much needed exam revision in, but I still managed to sneak a quick run in too!
I didn't have a great deal of time, and so I kept it simple with a loop around the village.

It was an easy effort, just enough to head out, stretch my legs and get some much needed fresh air
Near the end of the run, I found a quiet stretch of road to do some strides

Now its time for a shower and finding something for tea, and then I can rest and relax and enjoy what is left of my weekend... it always flies by so quickly!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
