After the previous couple of days of activity, and with a longer run planned tomorrow, todays effort needed to be easy, and it ended up being very easy as it featured a 5 minute walking break in the middle!
I had chosen to do a loop around the village for approx 5km, and 2km into the run I ended up bumping into my Dad, who was taking his dog for a walk. It was the first time I've spoke to him in a week, so I stopped to have a quick catch-up with him.
Apparently he's having some issues with his PC, and as it turned out, I was planning to visit him this weekend anyway, so we arranged for me to visit him tomorrow afternoon so I could take a closer look.

After a few minutes, I carried on with my run. I ended up running along different streets than usual, which made a change, and I finally finished with a distance of just over 6km... that'll do!
For the rest of today, I'll be helping my partner gather up her uni stuff, ready to head back to Carlisle tomorrow morning. And then Once I've seen her off, I'll then go and provide Tech Support to my Dad
