Description from Strava: Didn't run home from work yesterday as still feelin' a little under the weather, but made an effort to head out for a short one today.
Still a little snotty, but mostly recovered now. The gorgeous sunshine helped, although an estimated temp of 0C due to wind, meant the run was much colder than expected.
Also a rare opportunity to go for a run without carrying anything (work commutes mean I have to carry spare clothes, and long weekend runs involve a running vest plus any required gear/coat/hat etc)
Will aim to do a 'longer' run tomorrow morning before the rain sets in after lunch. For now, its time to carry on tidying the house, and then packing in preparation for my holiday to Scotland on Thursday
