Wow, kudos to that company to offer a substitute for free, usually they waste a lot of time trying to repair or trying to blame you for the break, very nice

Yeah 100% there was no need to return the older version. They just needed a video to confirm one side was indeed malfunctioning.
Cost them a product, got them a loyal customer!

Yep more companies should focus on customer rather than just sell and forget of customer!
