My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2021

Fungi and totems! 🍂 That's the theme to today's Actifit. I didn't plan it that way but it kind of gradually dawned on me as I was walking in the forest today.

After a short shopping trip this morning I decided on a walk in Buchan Park.

I took a route through the park trying to avoid the main tracks.
Taking some pictures of fungi as I went.

I also came across a totem that I had seen before.


This gave me the idea of the fungi and totem theme.
Autumn is the ideal time to look for fungi and you don't have to look hard.


It began to rain part way through the walk but I thought, I'm not going to turn back as I'm already about two miles from home so I'll get wet anyway. So I went on, but the rain didn't last very long.


A very pleasant walk in a local forest park. It's equally good to cycle through too but of course on foot you're free to walk where a bicycle can't go!
