My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2021
Well it was a day full of drama!
It was supposed to be my first work day, but things went a bit haywire directly we joined the M23 motorway! There was an accident between a lorry and a car. This delayed us for about 1hr 30mins. So we then joined the M25 motorway. After a couple of miles we were again stopped by another accident. This time a much longer delay of 3hrs. A lot of people were relieving themselves at the roadside! Including me. But at last after about 5 hours of delays we reached a service station for beverages. After a call to base, we were told to abandon the day and come back!
To rub salt into the wound I was taken ill later at home with a nasty bout of vertigo and vomiting, so not the best of days.

Sounds like a crap day! Nothing worse than being stuck on a motorway and being desperate for a pee.
