My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2022

My mother's cactus plant in full flower.

After completing another work day I went home to relax a bit. I had about two hours free until I go to pick up my wife from work. Fine, until I had a call from my mother asking what time I was going over to help her! Oh no! I had forgotten that I had promised to help her tonight after work.

So off I went. It's not too far away so no big deal, and after completing the errand for her, we had a cup of tea and I was soon on my way home again.

I'm not sure why I forgot this time, but all is well that ends well.

Sometimes I think, life gets us so busy, it's very easy to forget things we promise! I long to slow down and simplify and enjoy life, but I guess I'm saving that for retirement, lol! Awesome @actifit 15106 step count day! Take care!

You're quite right! Also the family keep us busy and unfortunately I have to work until 66 as the retirement age goes up!

Yeah, that kind of sucks, but they are doing the same here (I'm presuming you're not in the states?) I still might retire at 65; I will have to see. Take care!
