My Actifit Report Card: September 16 2022
After taking my wife to work at an unearthly hour I went straight back to bed. 💤
I felt much better for that too.
The first job today was to get a slow puncture fixed on my car. I took it to S&N Tyres who took off the wheel and said it could do with a new tyre! 😱 It was legal but close enough! So I said ok fair enough I'll have a budget tyre.
After getting back home in the sunshine I realized that I had a few hours to get out on my bike, so that's what I did!
It was fantastic to get out again for a short ride. The main photo is of Goffs Manor House, now owned by the town council and the grounds make up a public park.
I made my way to Tilgate Park and into the forest making a loop around some of the trails before heading back. Not too far today as I haven't been out on my bike for some weeks.
Later, after a light meal back at home I walked into town, which is now only 10 minutes away since we moved home.
Quite a busy day and I still had to pick up my wife and daughter from their workplace.

Lovely photos, I saw a mushroom there in one of the photos.
That mushroom looks like the one we eat here, it's very delicious.
I thought it looked quite unusual curled up like that so I took the picture. You must know your fungi well!
