It's nice sometimes to take a gentle stroll in the dark in the evening, especially if you need to walk off a late meal before bed. It just seems to relax the mind and body enough to get a good night's sleep.

I was asked to work overtime for tomorrow by the the head chef! 🤔

Now that's rare these days, but how could I refuse? I have many reasons to snap up the chance of extra pay so of course I agreed! I will still have two days off so time to recover.

I am determined to take a cycle ride on one of my days off. I need to get fit again! Should be interesting 😄

I love going for a walk after dinner - you are right, it does relax the mind. And it helps settle the stomach if we ate well.

Good you got some overtime and still have 2 days off. Hopefully the nice weather is on the way soon!
