My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2023

I must have walked several miles around the work unit today. It shows in my step count. A lot of fetching and carrying to do for the chefs. Of course this is one of my duties, but nevertheless a lot of activity.

Just one more day to go now before some time off. I will make the most of these three days, hopefully it will be dry weather so that I can take a ride out on my mountain bike. 😁

Yes, I much prefer being active. I had a desk job for years and my knees were stiff all the time. Now ok!
