My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2023

Wow! Another very busy day in terms of @actifit steps. I surpassed yesterday's total and that was good. Mind you! My legs are killing me!

I have had the occasional knee problem for a while so I expect a little discomfort, but that will pass over the next day or so. It goes with getting older 🙁.

I took a few quick rapid shots of a crow nearby, some of the sequence caught it in mid flight. I zoomed in and cropped the photo to get the desired effect. A bit pixelated but not bad.

Notice the white blemishes on its wings. I'm seeing more of this in recent years. I wonder if it is a mutation of some sort.
