Well done with the early morning run. You're brave, I don't think I could manage a run nowadays. The knees wouldn't put up with it! 🤣

I find that doing squats and leg presses helps build the muscle around my knees and helps to keep my knees from aching. Also, I have developed a running style that keeps the pressure of the knees.

Got to be careful though, not as young as I used to be.
