My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2022 - We Are Alive IAAC #4 - Hard long road to summer fitness

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Today, just for change, rain and wind lashed the city for the whole day and for the evening the intensity has even increased.

Despite the storm and the air starting to get noticeably cold, I went out, also because I had to bring a pendrive to my cousin with some songs for his performance tonight.

Within a few minutes, while I was taking these photos with the white summit of Vesuvius, the weather got considerably worse and I returned immediately so as not to take a cold water shower.

Come on despite everything, I can tell you that even today I am #alive more than ever and always ready to keep company with the community participating in the #IAmAliveChallenge.

In the evening there were still humid libeccio winds that were colliding with the cold air masses present at high altitude coming from the north-east. An intense maritime storm unloaded a considerable amount of small hail on the ground throughout the Neapolitan gulf.

Yes today we have a great day after a night of rain! River on north Italy was drying after a not rainy winter now is fine. I understand that you want rain because Neaples in summer is hotter then West Africa.

Nice to see other people posting !alive posting. We can see what else some one is doing. I'm from Chicago and it was also raining here it was kind of gloomy over all. Hopefully your day turn out to be good. aways nice to be #aliveandthriving

Final warming hit our country this year. North Italy is under snowy wheater yesterday. A friend of mine send me pics of him skiing. But this is the end of winter and the start of spring. God bless America and the USA

I was able to walk a little but I took the opportunity to study techniques on how to dissolve a couple of contractures (on the shoulder and knee) and put them into practice.

I live at a distance of 3-4 km as the crow flies from Vesuvius. Two cities close to the neighborhood where I live were semi-destroyed by the last eruption of '44.

I'm worried and I'm prepared to run away without hesitation. 3-4 km seem few but are enough to give you a few hours to escape in case of eruption of intensity VEI 4 or 5.

I caught lightning with a stroke of luck. Just think that I was trying to take back a friend of mine who had come down in the rain, lightning, wind and hail to go to buy "Taralli" to his mother! He must really love her very much!
