Sunday Long 90'
Yoyoyo Runners !
Today I woke up with huge excitement for my workout, because I really enjoy long-duration sessions — especially when the plan is to run for 90 minutes.
As usual, I stuck to my familiar breakfast: a glass of orange juice and a teaspoon of cod liver oil. Yes… I ran out of bananas 😅.
The weather was quite strange. While I was heading to the track it was drizzling, but as soon as I started running, the rain stopped immediately and the sun even came out. A really nice setting.
One beautiful moment during the run was when I passed another athlete who was running as well, and he told me: “Bravo, you’re very strong.” I returned the compliment, thanked him, and we both continued our workouts. Moments like these really show the greatness of fair play and sportsmanship.

More details:
- Luckily, the weather was almost ideal for running, with a bit of wind and some cloud cover.
- I can’t say I got overly tired — just the right amount.

So far, I’m planning to race in two events:
- 5K in Aigio on 18/1 (7 days to go)
- Half Marathon in Patras on 29/3 (77 days to go)
