Yoyoyo Runners !!!

Today I woke up full of motivation for my tempo workout, finally in my hometown which I really missed.
After having my usual breakfast — a glass of orange juice, a banana, and one tablespoon of fish oil — I headed to the track.

  • 2.2K Warm up (6:00/km)
  • 5x(100m (23") + 1:30 R (100m))
  • 2' R
  • 3x(2.8K (4:30) + 2'R)
  • 2.2K Cool Down (7:00/km)

More details:
It was a very enjoyable workout and I really liked it. The first 13-minute block felt easy, the second came with only slight fatigue, and the third — where I decided to push a bit more — went well too. I liked pushing harder at the end because it helps me test my limits.


From here on:
My next workout is on Thursday with 1000m intervals. I’m really looking forward to it to see where I stand compared to my previous 1000m interval sessions.
