It was my day to go to the shop according to the alphabetical system in place so i made the most of it yet again walking to the shop to get my steps in. Not allowed on the beach. Look but don't touch! Breaks my heart.

So so true. They've been implementing heavy fines in parlement on Sunday night. RS200000 for spitting in the street equals almost R80000. Who can afford it? Definitely not me anf most certainly not the local Mauritians. Rs50000 for being caught contravening new imposed Covid-19 bill. It scares the crap out of us here. And we're virus free... Makes one wonder.
