There Is Air Out There!.........My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2022

Hey guys and thanks for stopping by! 👣🐑👀💨🙀

I got up this morning to a little rain. 🌧️ Not much—just enough to make the smoke and dust on the car turn to a mud and enough to make the road wet. You could almost hear the earth crying out, ‘more please’.

The air quality was still above 185 as I headed to work. Here’s a revisit to yesterday afternoon’s air quality screenshot fro my phone’s weather app.

Miracles do happen because I came outside to this!

I could actually breathe again! You could see Sumas mountain again! You could drive with your windows down on the car again! When you can’t do or see something that you do or see daily, you realize how much you take those things for granted. It took me a bit to realize I could actually roll the windows down in the car, 🚗lol 🤣

It’s been almost a week like this! Crazy!

Work wasn’t too busy, but I had a lot of dispenses that kept me hopping. I also had to go searching through the archives for half of our patients we see tomorrow, so that also got me moving! Normally, my coworker pulls the charts, but as she’s gone on vacation, that fell to me.

I got a lot of things done. 😎👍

Oh! My work computer brought this up when I disturbed its sleep. It’s a Lenovo, and I have no idea how it picks it’s wake up desktop. It made me think of my daughter in law as she loves hedgehogs! Photo credit to my computer’s sources.
