Once again, a busy day at the office. Did do a lunch walk this time and then went to an external meeting. It was at a (special needs) bicycle factory, where we also got a nice tour. The meeting thereafter was kind of pointless unfortunately. Did go to a friend for dinner afterwards, surpassing the 10k threshold easily this time.

Damm well done getting 12k steps while having a busy day at office. Do you walk to and from work as well? I seem to never get any good amount of steps while just being at work.

No, I can park my car almost in front of the building. But the walking around the building itself (there and forth) does add up at the end of the day.
And this time, the factory guiding helped a lot too.
