Cycling Teutoburger Wald on Saturday

We're on a training weekend with the team. We did a cycling training in the morning and a jumping training in the afternoon. During the ride, we did about 7 hill sprints, which was quite intense . Here are the stats:

After the run and a well-deserved shower, we went to the city of Osnabrück for dinner. It turned out that there was an event, so it was pretty busy. Fortunately, we still managed to find a table and a nice Schnitzel (or burger) dinner. Walking back to the car, made me also surpass the 30k step milestone. Which was still not enough to win my @macfit match, unfortunately...
