Another Sunday, so another cycling training. A short one this time, but with a couple of long intervals. Here are the stats:

After some errands around the house, I cycled to my parents. We had a nice afternoon together and then went out for dinner. On the way back, I made a short stop for coffee with a friend. All in all, it was a nice and active day!
