flat and not so fast

Evening run down to the river and back, all on asphalt. Minutes before that I was watching women's triathlon sprint race in Hamburg. Motivated by their performance I went out for a short and quicker than usual run. My pace was still minutes behind their but hey, better than nothing !LOLZ

Kilometer times show the pace went faster. There were sections when pace was even below five.
