flat and not so fast
Evening run down to the river and back, all on asphalt. Minutes before that I was watching women's triathlon sprint race in Hamburg. Motivated by their performance I went out for a short and quicker than usual run. My pace was still minutes behind their but hey, better than nothing !LOLZ
