two laps, two climbs, two miles
Not so late easy night run. Today I went out even before the evening doggy walk.
I didn't go far - in a straight line. Yet, it was 3.4 km in the end.
The session was straightforward:
- two laps on an uphill street across the house
- up one way, down the other
Easy, I told you. this chart shows running power over-imposed on altitude.

It looks like I did put some more effort into the second lap and climb.
Anyways, everything is still at an easy pace and will remain so for the next couple of weeks.
better and better
