Description from Strava:
Another week of tempo interval runs has started for real. Today it was 4 x 10 minutes of quicker pace with 5 minutes of jog in between and usual 15 minutes of warmup and cooldown. Since I didn't want it to be flat I went into the Magpie's valley and tried to adjust the profile to the section. Meaning running quicker parts on flat and downhill section and slower parts on uphill sections. Did I succeed? I think so. It was a fun to run, entertaining and rewarding.
Tomorrow, a one hour long recovery run. Then tempo ladder which will be even more fun than the run today.
proof of run
better and better
