#poprzeczka challenge by @racibo, day 19 & #poliac-cl challenge by @merthin. I needed 19 K count or more to stay in the competition. I failed. Life goes on nevertheless.

It was a beautiful sunny day with hiking and cross-country skiing and a lot of snow and sun. The @actifit app didn't move a lot during the cross-country skiing part. It seems that the skating motions are not rough enough to trigger the counter.

So, in the end, it was 13 K at 9 pm. There was more than enough time for an additional 6 K. Yet, I decided not to bother. We came back home and into the bleak fog. It was best to stay inside with the family :)

life goes on and so does my #macfit competition. Players who lose their Champions League Round 1 qualifiers, are transferred into Round 2 of Consolation Cup eliminations.

thanks for the beautiful mountain photo. I am in flat Denmark in December and am missing such views

my hike two weekends ago was on a bleak, overcast day indeed. But last weekend was fantastic. Hope to finish my post today, here's a teaser.

My hike had three colors. I started just after the sunrise (which in northern Denmark in December means... 9am). The first rays of sun colored the dunes in red shades. Then I had a long stretch along the ocean - both skies and water were perfectly blue. The end of the trail was yellow as sand on a sunny day. Well, I skipped the green part - but you see it on my photos.
