It was do or drop out day at #poprzeczka with 19 K steps as a goal. Doable? Of course!

Easy does it!

A couple of doggy walks, easy run, some sidestepping, and that was it.

And oh yes, it was a beautiful day. ice cream, lots of time with my wife, efficient week in the office, kid away on training, quiet days ...

It's 11 pm now and I feel at ease. Looking forward to a nice weekend.
