Two office days in a row. The pattern is familiar by now — head down, screen up, body mostly still. Sitting through the day is the tax you pay for the work that needs doing.

No proper walks to speak of. The movement had to come later.

Day 7 of May. The bar is at 7,000 steps. With 7,200 steps logged — barely over, again. Two days in a row of squeezing past the line. The streak survives by the narrowest of margins, and that's perfectly fine.
