A midday run in the forest. The goal was to run for one hour at an easy pace. The additional idea was to take the running poles for a spin. They were lying in a corner neglected since last October. You can see I don't use them often. Today it was a welcome change to run with them. I need to train a bit with the poles since my next long run will be a mountain trail with a lot of climbs and downhill sections.
OK, today's run was decent too in regard to the altitude profile.
While the first part was at a leisurely pace the last part was quicker. I wanted to get near the 10 K mark.
The terrain in he forest was muddy after the run. More fun.
Puma wasn't impressed.
